2010 Round Up
There may be interesting times ahead. It seems I have managed to contact a few groups and people of a similar
view to my own regarding charities and how they are run. More news on this as and when it happens

An
interesting few months when nothing has really happened in the online Carer community. It is still being devesated by one particular
group. Carers are still scared of being targeted by mindless weirdo stalkers. Thankfully one of the gullible MP's that assisted this
piece of garbage has lost is seat.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Also
it's interesting to note that since the recent uproar over the way Carers UK have treated certain Carers it has blocked a range of
ISP's. This is a case of cutting off their noses to spite their face. It has blocked many of it's own members from accessing it's
forum. I have been following this with interest (having access to their forum and not being blocked) and the posts are drying up because
of Carers UK's inability to understand the needs of Carers themselves. As an 'organisation' it is pathetic and seems only interested
in what money it can get for it's staff at central office..........but Carers have known that for years!
2009 Round
Up
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
2010- looks like being
a terrible year for Carers and disabled people.
The various related charities are stamping down on anyone that voices concerns over
the government of the day to make sure their bungs/donations/income from the government stay in place.
In 2009 Disability Now closed
their forum and Youreable have been taken over by a charity, so you can expect the normal freedom of speech that was enjoyed on the
forum there to be stopped by harsh moderation that hides the real facts over the DWP's abuse of the system and financial reimbursements.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
30/12/2009 -
2009- was a really bad year for online Carers groups, the biggest disgrace was members of carers (sic) voices attacking Carers
to such an extent on the Connecting For Care forum that they caused it to be closed down. Something they should have been ashamed
of but instead seem proud to have wrecked it! They have also continued their online stalking and harassment, something that doesn't
seem like it's going to stop anytime soon, it's interesting to see one moderator/paid lackey from Carers UK actually directing Carers
to this corrupt little cesspit.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Carerwatch tried
to get help from the leftie Labour fringe Compass, tried to get a Carers union up and running and tried to get the help of charities
(and failed in all three) involved in some hair-brained scheme. It still clings to the belief that someone somewhere will be interested
in a failed left-wing 'talking shop' but in reality Carers want them to clean up their act and purge their membership of the lying
scum from the group mentioned above. It's bad enough that they pass Carers details over to this and other less-safe
