I was sent a very interesting piece of information over the weekend which proves that Carers UK and their staff and former director have broken the law.

First some background to this. A few of us were falsely reported to various police forces by a former director of Carers UK, Gavin Macgregor, Imelda Redmond (then CEO of Carers UK) and a few of their forum members, one most likely being Annie Wilcher/Parsifal, the self-proclaimed moral conscience of Carers UK’s forum, who has a history of making false claims to police forces and Charles Huddleston who works for CLASP the carers centre.

The people that were falsely reported to the police wanted to know where the police had got their addresses from, the only possible chance of that happening would have been through the Carers UK contact list.

That brings us to these two images which show there has been regular Data Protection Act violations by Carers UK’s staff, mainly by their head of communications Gavin Macgregor and their former director of the Scottish branch of Carers UK and current trustee

Not long after this was posted on CARERS UK’S FORUM (apparently in a members only ‘private’ section) it was altered to this

The line —> By the way, I can think of a few mega-breaches of the Data Protection Act by staff over the years, just as well we turned a blind eye. (ARF ARF, SAY NO MORE!) <— was removed/editied out. It seems though that it wasn’t enough just to remove that admission, apparently the whole thread has disappered today.

Now, some of us have known for years that Carers UK was a corrupt charity, some people who have had contact with the slimy creature that is Gavin Macgregor know just what a devious lying bastard he really is, this merely confirms that it is unsafe for carers to give contact details to a charity that passes even home addresses around to people (for instance) that have been warned by the police to stop their campaign of cyber-stalking.

Obviously all details of this illegal activity has been passed to the charity commission. I have made it clear that I received all the HTML files for this particular (now disappeared) thread so that it is clear NO image manipulation has taken place. Should anyone else require the files they only have to email me to verify that Carers UK is indeed a corrupt charity that isn’t fit to kiss the backside of genuine carers.

The New Year starts with some good news. At long last Rob Kay’s hate site OK CARERS has been removed by it’s hosts.

The site used by members of Carerwatch and the various disguises of the Carers Poverty Alliance/Carers Voices plus members of the national charity Carers UK has been removed due to years of internet stalking and harassment.

It caused many carers great distress and should have been removed a long time ago, some of us have been highlighting the disgusting actions of it’s owner for a while now, I have even heard that one carer has reported him to his local Social Services due to concern that someone so weird and who acted in the most strangely obsessive manner could be a harm to his son.

While it is good news that the hate site has gone it does have the down side in so much as it’s members will use aliases to join other places.

With that site gone and no longer a stain on the good name of ‘carers’, then perhaps some real work can go into getting change for the better for carers.

Happy New Year to all decent carers, good riddance to OK Carers

The Work and Pensions Committee will be holding an open meeting on the Government’s plans to replace Disability Living Allowance (DLA) for working-age claimants with Personal Independence Payment (PIP) from 2013. The meeting will be held in Neath on Tuesday 22 November.

PIP will be similar to DLA in that it will be a non-means tested, non-contributory tax-free cash benefit paid to people whose disabilities mean they incur extra costs in everyday life.

However, the Government aims to simplify the benefit and reduce expenditure by introducing a new face-to-face assessment for PIP and by changing some of the current rules. The changes include: systematic periodic review of most PIP awards; ending automatic entitlement for specific conditions; replacing DLA’s three rates in the care component with two rates in the new daily living component; and extending the Qualifying Period from 3 months to 6 months.

The purpose of the meeting is to hear the views of the public on the Government’s plans. Neath Port Talbot is one of the local authority areas with the highest proportion of DLA recipients. The Committee is particularly keen to hear directly from people who are likely to be affected by the reforms.

Details are as follows:
Work and Pensions Committee Open Meeting in Neath

Tuesday 22 November

2pm – 4pm, Neath RFC, The Gnoll, Neath SA11 3BU

Dame Anne Begg, Chair of the Committee said:

“We have received written submissions and heard evidence from academics, benefits experts and disability representative organisations but we are keen to get out of Westminster and hear directly from people likely to be affected by these reforms. We want to find out how well DLA works for people at the moment and what needs to change but we are also aware that some people are worried about the proposed new rules and assessment regime. This open meeting is an opportunity for people to express their concerns directly to us. We will then be able to put these concerns to the Minister for Disabled People during our inquiry.”

He has sweet F**k all to do with the disabled community and I want him prosecuted to the full degree of the Law. Im not having it, he is making a mockery of a system designed to help those in need and because arrogant f88kwits like him are illegally claiming benefits they are not entitled to makes it harder for the rest of us.

I suppose “Nelson” would have all epileptics “prosecuted to the full degree of the law” for “making a mockery of the system”? It seems even Black Triangle fail to recognise “invisible disabilities”. You have to say that Nelson seems to also be a f88kwit for showing his lack of knowledge on the very subject he is trying to champion!

Maybe someone could pass THIS TO NELSON which could give him an idea how he should react, rather than straight away talking out of his ass!

It seems a comment I made HERE has provoked a reply on the BLACK TRIANGLE GROUP’S FORUM

wonder who THEY could be then ?? and would WE want anything to do with mr arnold ?? – works both ways buddy

Perhaps they know some of their members (Terminator/Wildthing/Mr Stockton) and any of his little internet ‘friends’ enjoy making false allegations to the DWP about benefit fraud.

Perhaps they know that these people also make false reports to police forces to attempt to intimidate people?

Or that they threaten disabled women.

Or that they are still involved in their pathetic cyber-stalking campaign.

Who knows what they know about some of their members nastier little habits. Perhaps they endorse that sort of behaviour?

Having an association with Carerwatch would not want to be associated with them. The manic paranoia that is shown on their forum re Atos would really turn people away- and that shows with less and less people posting on there, yet they miss a chance at using any slight attention Atos might show them and turn it to their advantage.

muffie 02 is perfectly right, it DOES work both ways and as long as people are educated as to why some people want nothing to do with certain members then that’s fine by me. As for the comment by bonica 2? Sorry but I don’t “whinge” and I certainly don’t lie as everything that I have posted online has been accurate and validated. Oh and I don’t use an alias in an attempt to score points (using only clivegsd or my own full name). To use a alias destroys any and all credibility you might hope to have, it also makes you a coward when it comes to campaigning.

A thought sort of hits me, some of Black Triangles group were asking a couple of people on the Lord Of The Blogs site to say who they were, I wonder if one of those people was bonica2?

After 12 years at Carers UK our Chief Executive Imelda Redmond CBE will be leaving the organisation in early November. She will be greatly missed by trustees, volunteers, members, supporters and staff.

During her time at Carers UK Imelda has been a passionate advocate for people whose lives are affected by caring. She has done much to bring the issue from the sidelines and into the mainstream of politics, public policy and business.

What a load of tripe! She won’t be missed by carers that’s for sure. She has lied and she has supported a group that was involved in a cyber-stalking campaign that included the forging of another charity CEO’s signature by a former Carers UK director.

She has done nothing to “bring the issue of carers from the sidelines”, in fact she has made matters worse for carers by using botched/wrong/false figures when it comes to the number of carers. All she has done is make a shitload of money while carers became poorer.

It’s interesting to see she is joining another charity as she has spent her life working in the charity sector. NOT because she has a caring nature but because she would not manage to survive in any other form of ‘business’. It’s “easy money” for her and she doesn’t give a f**k about those she claims to represent.

Imelda Redmond, may your new employers fire your ass as soon as they realise you are one of the worlds biggest pieces of shit ever to walk this planet!

THIS IS A SICK JOKE

ITV1 has announced it will launch a major new charity initiative and entertainment event for Christmas. Text Santa, will raise awareness and money for those most vulnerable during the festive period and Carers UK will be one of nine charities chosen to benefit.

Any money raised will go directly to Carers UK’s Christmas piss-up no doubt because it as sure as hell won’t go to carers who once again have a frugal Christmas where they get no break from caring.

Imelda Redmond is already on a few nice little earners (as she gets a huge salary as CEO of Carers UK and then there is the income from being part of other charities AND income from being on various Standing Commissions)

Once again She has her snout in the trough, her wrinkled ass onboard the gravy train while carers are scared for the future. Yeah, the voice of carers you ain’t Imelda.
